Great conversation, guys! The #9 is a huge hole. I think having an athletic stud and a more flexible option gives the team a chance to change up their playing pattern in a game. But no one has proved they can score from either of those options. Let’s hope someone makes the breakthrough.
And, while our center backs have been strong defensively, neither Walker or Miles can play make from that role. If I’m playing us, I give us the ball, clog up the middle and make those two beat me.
