For me it's the North London Derby. Want to go watch my Gunners at the Emirates win an NLD. And then I want to infiltrate the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and win there too.

There are two matches on my bucket list:

1. Mexico-USMNT at the Azteca

2. Belgrade Derby between Red Star and Partizan, preferably at Red Star

For various reasons, I'll probably never get to another big rivalry game. But that's okay, I got to El Clasico, Barcelona - Real Madrid, in May 1997. I'll never forget walking to my seats in Camp Nou from the concourse. I came out from under the overhang, looking up. There kept being more levels, up and up and up. All packed. The Real fans up in the fenced-off area in the top upper level. To avoid conflicts, they had to get there an hour before the match started, and they had to wait an hour after it was over to leave. Ronaldo (the other Ronaldo) scored. Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos, Stoichkov, Raul, lots of stars. I think the match finished around 11 or so, but it was Barcelona and they won, so the party was just starting.

I have been to a north London derby — very exciting. I would like to see an El Classico in person.

“We’ll learn more, obviously, when Arsenal plays at Man United on Sunday, but the first really tough opponent doesn’t come until October 1 against Spurs.”

United fans, you can send those cards and letters to....

Great story on Celtic-Rangers, Grant. Again, it’s why we subscribe. Thanks.
