Re: "The USA Coach Wants More Respect From Mexico," my strong reply would be that the USMNT stop consistently playing poorly against CONCACAF teams with inferior talent pools. And I think that is on the coach (and the Federation). Let's set aside "CONCACAF is different" and "its hard to get a road win in CONCACAF" and notice that the problems exist in home games, as well as games in which the talent differential is vast.
